We just visited this place and took the long snorkel tour inside the caves, they give you all equipment and a neoprene suit as water is really cold.
Your guide goes with you all the tour explaining details and guiding you thru the cave, not many sealife but really interesting views of the cenote, a camera is a must for underwater shots.
All personnel was very attentive and service was great, a must go.

We were advised by the staff at our hotel that this cenote was one of the better ones --- and they were right. The snorkeling tour offered was fantatstic - starting in one cenote and going thru as "bat cave" and finally into the second cenote (2 Eyes). Water is cool and clear with only small fish but the "rock" formations are impressive and snorkeling in caves is a relaxing yet exciting experience. You don't need to go on a sponsored tour just drive there and pay for one of the guided tours on site. It even has a nice restaurant for lunch or snacks after snorkeling. Will probably go again next time in Tulum.

We heard about this place before but it was nicer than expected.cristal clear water, beautiful surroundings, you can scuba dive or snorkel, both are worth it.

Amazing location that is highly recommended. Very tourist friendly and the cenotes are incredible!! You'll dive in with a life jacket and helmet, they will take you in and Explore the caverns.. You'll love it!

We had a great time at Cenote Dos Ojos!
The Cenote Dos Ojos is divided in 2 cenotes. One smaller with a beautiful blue and cristal water and another a little bigger and darker.
There are cute bats flying around the caves.
Great place to snorkel and have a great time.
