Good cenote to visit if you like caves. And it's not very busy if you go early in the morning. You will need a wetsuit and torch as it is dark in there and you will want the torch to be able to see the bats in the bat cave!

We've been to Dos Ojos snorkeling a couple of times now. Get there early in the morning and enjoy the quiet of the cave. If you plan to take your time in the water and not do it too fast, wear a wet suite.

They have their own guides now, too, so you don't necessarily need to do this as part of a tour. Simply drive there yourself.

We liked that it was close to the highway but not jam packed with people. There is snorkeling, swimming and scuba. Bring beer and snacks for the hammocks.

This place is lovely, definitely worth a trip, especially if you like scuba diving. You can just turn up and snorkel in the two eyes without a guide, but you can't swim through to the 'Batcave' without a guide (extra $100 person).

Entrance $100 per person for snorkeling only (using our own masks).
