H20 has everything to offer you a perfect vacation under the Mexican Sun.

The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to give you useful information on restaurants, places of interest etc. The hotel is brand new and has clean spacious rooms and a beautiful swimming pool. And there is plenty of space to park your car.

This small hotel is significantly cheaper than the cabanas on the beach of Tulum. It only takes you 10 minutes by car to drive to the beach/temples, so unless you really need a room with sea view (or don't have a rental car) H20 offers you a nicer stay for a lower price.

We regret we only booked two nights at H20.. we would have liked to stay much longer!

The first thing my mate and I was astonished by at this wonder of a villa is the incredibly kind and accommodating attitudes of owners Min and Marco. These people were treated us like we were celebrities or royalty and made us feel so at home. The hotel itself is this incredibly zen designed, minimalistic space with a seriously urban chic feel to it. We felt like were in some magazine! That coupled with delicious breakfasts, and the best tips on places to go for excellent cuisine as well as excursions in and around Tulum pueblo made our experience at Villas H20 incredibly satisfying to the senses. Marco told us about a place, Azafran just a brief walk down the main strip where we could get the highest quality cuisine in a relaxed dining atmosphere, and he was right! The food was incredible and we had a delightful time there several times during our stay and found these two places to be the highlights of our time in Mexico.

Just got back from a week in H20 Villas in Tulum and had a wonderful stay.

Marco greeted us at the door using my first name (presumably we were the last to arrive that day or he's a really good guesser) and made us feel instantly welcome.

The rooms are large, very clean and simply but stylishly decorated. The breakfast by the pool is great and although the villas were completely booked it was never crowded or rushed.

I did four amazing cenote dives with them and they were well organised, great equipment all dives were kept to groups of 4 or less people. Marco was also very accommodating with people changing plans at the last minute.

By the end of the week Min and Marco were more like old friends than hoteliers and we miss them and Mexico alot. Thor is also great entertainment too!

VILLAS H20

Just far enough from Tulum’s main drag , to have a sense of tranquility ,but close enough for convenience is the best hotel in town!
Korean hostess Min and German host Marco both welcome you as if you were long lost family. In other words the hospitality is Superb!
They are both dive instructors as well and run a dive center and school from there..
The elegantly designed hotel has 8 spacious and immaculately clean rooms ,each with verandas that look out over a sizable refreshing blue pool which awaits a splash beside a palapa kitchen and dining lounge area. Tropical flowers and lush green foliage delight the senses and there wonderful well mannered, dog Thor, will be sure you get enough affection ,but only if you are an appreciator of doggie love. Other wise he will simply entertain you with his antics.

The cave and cavern diving with Marco is also remarkable. His precision and attention to detail is comforting and he knows the area like the back of his hand. Patience is also something he appears to have an abundance of.

I put Villas H20 on the top of my list for home away from home while in Tulum.

H2O... Min and Marco,
Have created a wonderful place to stay in Tulum. The room was simple in design, but excelled in the areas that are important to us: exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, great shower. The grounds are lovely. The breakfasts included fruits, cereals and breads. Min and Marco are great hosts: their recommendations were outstanding as to places to eat and things to see.We could not have been more pleased. We will remember this special spot.
