We had a great time with Vanessa, Lucho, and Pepe as we visited Tulum and got to snorkel. I think the most amazing thing was that we had an older, overweight couple that wasn't doing too hot with the weather or activities, but our tour guides were able to keep the tours going along at a great pace. It was pretty impressive had that wasn't able to ruin our tour. But it was also pretty awesome how much respect Vanessa had for the wildlife.

While in Playa Del Carmen, we did the Cancun Adventures Excursion to the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, snorkeled at Yal-Ku and got a tour of a cenote. Our tour guide Noella was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the places we were going and had a great personality! Tulum was beautiful and worth the visit. The snorkeling was so much fun, but the cenote was truly amazing. The water is freezing, so clean, and so blue. The stalagmites and stalactites were so cool to see. After, we were taken to the company's private beach for lunch. Although you are not there long, the food and view were amazing. I highly recommend this tour from this company! It is a long day so i suggest you bring snacks, but you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Really enjoyed our Catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres with Cancun Adventures. Price was right and experience was awesome. Snorkeling was cool, and sailing on the Catamaran allows you to see some beautiful sites. The crew, led by Ruben, was exceptional. The island itself is beautiful, but I wish we would have spent more time on the catamaran. That was the fun part!

We just returned from Mexico yesterday. The best part of our trip were two excursions with Cancun adventures.

On Tuesday we went to coba. Full transport van of wonderful other tourists. Some from London. Jouse was a wonderful personality. They had water, snacks, bananas and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. The first area is guided and history is given. Once you reach the bikes you are able to travel at your own pace. Beautiful. Of course we climbed. Trike transfer was included to and from although we elected to walk back to see other areas along the path. There are several vendors on site.

Important: on the way back, our van had a flat on the highway outside of playa del Carmen. No one really acted concerned but after 10 minutes we were becoming anxious for safety reasons. But, what happens next speaks volumes. They had a new transport van to get us within 15 minutes. What a wonderful and SAFE tour company. Very pleased with their response time and concern for our safety.

On Wednesday we did the outdoor excursion with ATVs, zip line and repelling as well as cenote snorkeling. My 18 yr old loved it. Fantastic experience. The guides were so positive and full of energy. Great personalities. Our group this day spoke 3 different languages : English, Spanish and French. Our guides were fluent in all 3. They definitely catered to our needs and language differences.

I can’t recomnend them enough.

This was by far the best excursion we have been on. First, Jorge our guide for the day was AMAZING! He was informative, helpful, and knew ALL our names. Once we got off the transfer we had to hop in a van and head over to Turtle Cove. Heads up, you wont bring anything with you. No shoes, phones, wallets, sunblock. The snorkeling was great. You got a lot of time in the water compared to other snorkeling excursions. We saw a stingray, 2 sea turtles, a cat shark and tons of fish. The guides were great at pointing out sea creatures! The snorkeling gear was eh but sufficient.

After snorkeling you hop back in the van. Jorge had cookies, bananas and ice cold water for everyone to munch on during the drive to the cenotes.

Once we got to the Cenotes we had to rinse off and head down. This was SPECTACULAR. The water was cold but after a minute was so refreshing. You are literally swimming in an underground cave with thousands of stalagmites and stalagmites. The water is CRYSTAL clear. I kept saying to myself "this is amazing" They little back catfish in there and that is it. They mind their own business. This was hands down the greatest tour/excursion I have ever been on. They took pictures of you in the caves so you could purchase them later.

After all that, We went to lunch. It was at a beautiful beach resort. They had a table set for us on a beautiful beach. The buffet had yummy food. Once you were done eating you could buy pictures for a nominal fee. They had a bar and you could buy alcohol if you wanted. Then we had a short amount of time we could spend on the beach and lounging.

Everyone was professional and we were very safe at all times.

My family and I had already done tours in the past to Tulum and Chichen Itza w/ snorkeling and cenotes so we wanted to see Coba but not lose the entire day at the resort so we were thrilled to find the Coba Express tour via Cancun Adventures. The tour was by no means rushed but there weren't any extra stops, we went to the ruins (had plenty of time there) and came back to our resort by early afternoon, which was exactly what we hoped for. Our driver Pedro was great and our tour guide Mary was incredible. We had a relatively small group, which is apparently normal for this tour. On the way to the ruins and the way back Mary shared a lot of her knowledge about Mexico and the Mayan culture and then at Coba she guided us through the various ruins and pyramids. The climb up the pyramid was incredible too. Myself and my parents made it to the top and the views were well worth all those steps. The tour also included a box lunch and plenty of snacks. Felt like we had VIP treatment and great service the entire time. Highly recommend this tour and big thanks to Pedro and Mary for a great day.

Unfortunately this is a very hard review to write but we feel like we have to. The tour guide we had, Selene, was incredible. She treated us like people, not a herd of "touristas." She kept us entertained on the boat, and was super funny and kind. This DOES NOT REFLECT ON HER AT ALL. SHE WAS A 6/5

The rest of the trip was not very good. The snokelling was jam packed, not only with our group banging into each other, but all of the 7+ other groups at the same time slowing each other down.

The second stop, a swim break, the crew did not anchor the boat properly so it kept of drifting from the swimmers on a very high current day.

3 hours on the island was excessive. This was a tourist island with exceedingly aggressive sales tactics and lots of scams. Not much to do, and not a safe feeling place. The reason for the 3 hour stay on the island is that they drop you off then return to get the next group- it's cost effective for them. A suggestion would be to have a host on the island to lead people on golf cart tours and arrange fair pricing for the carts. Even if this was an extra cost, it would be worth it.

Our transfer was horrible. To start off the driver showed up early and was annoyed we weren't there. We both (2 couples who didn't know each other) showed up 5 minutes early to the 9:45 departure- but the driver showed up at 9:30. It took 1.5 hours and the guy drove quite aggressively, even for the standards in the area. He picked us and another couple up first, and then drove us for 45 minutes picking up other passengers, then passing our resort on the way back!

However the worst part was that a guy on our transfer threw up- he was completely sober, but ill either from food or sunstroke. The driver just kept on going, not stopping to let the guy out to do his thing, not even asking if he was ok. We gave him water. and took care of him while the driver just ignored it.Even if he was drunk, that was dangerous and disgusting. NOT OK. He had a guilt inducing I make my money from tips sign- ha! maybe you can treat people with basic humanity if you want the same!

This was the 9:45 departure from Paradisus Playa Del Carmen on November 13. We would have rated it a 3 or 4 if not for the transfer- it really ruined the excursion.

My best friend, her mother and I went on the catamaran tour through Cancun Adventures and it did not disappoint!! For around $100/person, we enjoyed a half day trip including the boat ride to cancun, snorkeling with sea turtles, sting rays, various fish and coral reef, a nice meal & drinks, paddle boarding and gorgeous views including a sunset over the water. I highly recommend!!!

Been to Riviera Maya 6-7 times and love it. Never have been to any ruins because thought it would be foolish to waste time away from the great resorts. Coba express was the perfect solution. Very happy we took the 6 hours to experience the Mayan ruins. Our tour guide was Oscar and he was excellent. Knowledgeable, funny, articulate, and accommodating. REQUEST OSCAR!! Jesus was just as good in his capacity. Left the resort a little before 8 and returned a little before 2 for lunch, sun, pool, and drinks. Loved to have been able to experience the Mayan Ruins at Coba.
