We tried this restaurant a few days after it had opened, we were greeted by the chef, when we were seated he came and explained the techniques and ingredients used in his creative dishes. We really enjoyed the complimentary cucumber margarita we were given while we were deciding what to eat. We choose the scallops for the starter and rack of lamb for the main course, both these dishes were excellent and elegantly presented. The wine list features excellent Mexican wines, the sparkling wine was as good as champagne if not better than a lot of them. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for such high quality food and drink. This was by far the most sophisticated Mexican food we had during our three week stay. As we had enjoyed our first visit so much, we made a point of going back for our last dinner before leaving for home. This restaurant is not to be missed if you want a fantastic culinary experience.
