Casa Felicidad is fantastic!
Very new, spacious and clean rooms. Big and delicious breakfast. And, best of all, very warm and helpful hosting.
Fabrizio and Michelina are wonderful people, and certainly they'll do their best to make you feel at home. Or at Mexico, Italy, Kirghisia, and wherever you're willing to feel at.
We stayed one week and didn't want to leave. We left two great friends at Playa del Carmen. Someday we'll meet again, I'm sure.
Grazie mille!

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of May and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom but the shower was very weak.
The rooms are cleaned daily which is great as you are always bringing the sand back from the beach.
The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The best coffee we've had so far and the fresh fruit with yogurt was delicious.
The owners are so lovely and helpful.
The only con to the experience;
Its probably only about a 15 minute walk which doesn't sound much at all but when you are in a place like Playa del Carman you really just want the freedom to just roll on and off the beach to your hotel. For us when we left in the morning we had to take absolutely everything with us knowing we wouldn't be coming back until the end of the day. In hindsight, when you are only here for a few days, we would of preferred to be a lot closer to 'everything'.
Saying that, being away from the tourist trap, we did find much better value for money restaurants with real Mexican food which was great.
Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

We stayed a few days in Fabrizios and Michelinas wonderful casa. A very friendly, chatty and helpful italian couple, who made their lifetime dream true in Playa del Carmen. English, Italiano and Spanish is spoken fluently. The rooms are very clean and have a modern style with a own bathroom. The B&B is 10 minutes away from the center of Playa by walk, but therefor very silent. Breakfast was included with Italian coffee, fresh fruits, joghurt, cereals, croissants/muffins and freshly squeezed orange juice.

When we arrived at Casa Felicidad after a long flight we received a very warm welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, very comfy and cool and had a nice private bathroom. Breakfast was served on a patio where you could interact with other fellow guests. We loved the coffee and fruit, the presentation was lovely. The location was also great for us – only about 15 minute walk to the beach and main promenade with ferries to Cozumel, close to bus station and collectivo. There was also a supermarket nearby for stocking up on water, soft drinks and snacks. We were keeping our drinks in a fridge available to guest in a communal kitchen. Michelina and Fabrizio were great hosts and their hospitality and warm welcome went far beyond what we were expecting. They provided us with plenty of recommendations and tips from visiting local area to places to eat and we weren't disappointed. We didn't feel like tourists but more like we were visiting friends. We had a lovely stay and are planning to return hopefully in not too distant future.

We stayed for a week and would have gladly stayed two, or three! The welcoming attitude, close proximity to eating, shopping, the beach and the main roads to get to other places to visit was wonderful. We were somewhat hesitant to travel to Mexico, however, we are already planning to return next year. The kind and humble people, history, natural beauty and food are simply wonderful. We didn't feel unsafe, which was one thing that concerned us. There is definitely a police presence, but not in a bad way. There is plenty of public transportation, taxis are very reasonable (ask to see the tariff for your ride)and for distant attractions its easy to take a big, comfortable bus. We rented a car and would not recommend it. Insurance is mandatory in Mexico and added an unexpected $464.00 additional. From the B&B you can walk to the beach, dinner, shops, grocery store - anything you need is within a short stroll. Michelina and Fabrizio could not have been better and the Italian coffee is the best.

If you are looking for B&B, this has got to be the best in Playa. The building is new, and the rooms, bathroom and breakfast terrace are absolutely beautiful and spotless. Michelina and Fabrizio are genuinely lovely and really helpful. And of course, the coffee.....! The location is a bit off the beaten track, and there aren't really any restaurants nearby. But there is a supermarket really close with a reliable (!) ATM. And it was much quieter than more central locations. All in all: marvellous and very reasonably priced.

They moved but luckily we found them! We recived great hospitality, red roses for valentines day. The room was, as always, very clean, spacious and well furnished. The place is very quite with a pretty patio for breakfast. Close to most things you may need. Everything worked, good wifi signal. Great Michela & Fabrizio!
