Wonderful vacation spot!

We were with a group and got an upgraded room in a quiet corner. It had plenty of space to put all of our stuff and had a huge shower! We felt very safe here, and the food was good. It was rather hard to find beach chairs, but the staff was happy to help for a little tip! They also took our lunch orders and delivered it to the beach.

Fabulous Famlily Holiday

Really could not Fault this holiday the service by all of the staff was outstanding as was the quality of the food in all of the restaurants. We would particularly like to thank the Olio restaurant who looked after us so well for every breakfast and lunch especially Itzel and Dominga. The Family Concierge was worth every penny and Marcelo our butler was fantastic. finally must say thank you to Juan at he pool bar for keeping us well refreshed :)

Family concierge!

Loved this resort. Family concierge is the way to do it! Surprises in the room, own pool area, butlers, pool side service, kids get a little backpack which makes them feel special, and the added bonus is you can have your dinner/spa reservations booked by your butler. Israel at the family concierge pool was our favourite! He always had our spot set up when we came down to the pool.

This resort is a very quick cab ride to 5th Avenue shopping, which was great when we needed a change of scenery.

I would definitely return and would recommend to a friend.

Best Around

This hotel is amazing from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We were treated like royalty. Our concierge Cesar was top notch and our daughter is still talking about him. The North Avenue Bar and its staff are beyond wonderful and made us feel like family. Thank you again for this wonderful vacation. It will be impossible to top.

Fun family stay

Great selection of food ( even for this vegetarian), amazing pool, incredible beach, lots of amenities and very good looking design. I dont think there was enough visual difference in the hallways and common areas to keep you from losing your way- it all looks the same!
