Coty and Miriam run a really great school here and it's a must do if you have any interest in cooking mexican food at all. Being the off season we were lucky enough to choose our time and Coty put together a menu for us based on our requests. There was another person that joined our class and we had the best day just cooking, chatting, drinking wine and eating. Highly recommend, the food was delicious and Coty is very passionate and knowledgable

This was a fun and easy class and Coty is very passionate about food and teaching. She tailored the class to the relevant skill level and the food we cooked was a devine 3 course meal! We were offered beautiful refreshing homemade drinks throughout and the added bonus at the end was an educating session on tequila and mezcal with tastings.
I highly recommend this class as part of your Mexican experience as you are sure to learn something new here while having alot of fun and eating and drinking delicious food and drinks!!

What a surprise! It was recommended to me and I thought it might be good to try but it has by far exceed my expectations. Thanks to Coty and Miriam who were knowledgable and friendly and only too happy to pass on their expertise. The food is the best in Mexico and surprisingly easy to do, it's inspired me to do some more cooking and other nationalities cooking classes. Thanks ladies, it's a gem in playa del carmen

Greatly exceeded my expectations. Coty is knowledgeable about food, ingredients and what works with what, She is entertaining and understands how to make cooking fun and relatively easy, even for someone who does not cook often. Miriam has a lot of knowledge of food and seasoning also. I cook a lot but learned even more. The food we cooked was absolutely wonderful and they had good wine to pair with the food. I was the only one in the class and they were kind enough to conduct the class without the minimum number. The receipts were modern Mexican/wonderful. While I can get most, if not all of the ingredients, Coty explained what could be used as substitutes. Kitchen, utensils and "gagets" were all modern/NY uptown and fun. Highly recommend the three course school. I will definitely go back the next time i am in town.

We attended the three course class at Co.Cos at the end of our Mexico trip. As we are spontaneous people we really appreciated Coty is spontaneous too and we were able to arrange a class less than 24 hours before, even with our special request of a vegetarian meal.

The kitchen looks very modern, clean and appealing. You just want to start cooking as soon as you enter the room. The instructions were very good, we learnt a lot about Mexican food and drinks, Coty answered all our question and Miriam even did some Computer research to answer a question correct. We also got some general cooking and food preparation inputs for our daily life cooking. The food turned out as one of the best meals we had within the whole stay in Mexico (which was 6 weeks), and we made it ourself.

All in all it was a really nice atmosphere and we enjoyed the evening very much.
