Coty and Miriam run a really great school here and it's a must do if you have any interest in cooking mexican food at all. Being the off season we were lucky enough to choose our time and Coty put together a menu for us based on our requests. There was another person that joined our class and we had the best day just cooking, chatting, drinking wine and eating. Highly recommend, the food was delicious and Coty is very passionate and knowledgable
