We had a couple of meals catered by Carlos and Tani while in PDC at the end of march. Couldn't be happier. Fantastic food, good portions and likely less expensive than many of the meals we went out for. Real, non-pretentious people who served our Sangria to us at the hot tub, showed us the steak and fish and then cooked them to perfection. And if you want they'll linger on after the meal to chat and toast some more. No clean up, no hassle. I'd easily do it again. (Get Carlos to sing, he's got a great voice.)
I must throw in something constructive so I'd suggest that the tortilla soup be heated a bit more when serving outside. That wind can cool things down fast.
