We were slightly stressed out during our shopping trip. I knew that we would be pressured to go into each vendors stores but they were way too pushy and even got rude when we repeatedly told them no... I could skip this part on our next trip, no problem.

Loads of shops, but all selling the same tourist stuff - which is to be expected. Lots of bars and places to eat, did manage to get some nice earings!

There were 2 art galleries, both were excellent selling locally made artwork. Good quality and so-so on the prices.

It's certainly the place for shopping. Yes, Every little shop you pass, you will get hassled into going into their individual shops. "No Gracious" is the sentence of the day and keep walking. Once you find something you want, barter it down to no end, most places were offering their best prices as we walked out of their shop - try that. Of course everyone was saying their stuff was "Sterling Silver" and the others were fake. You really do not know who to believe. the bigger shops, no one bothered you.
