“Nice food, cold beer!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 30, 2012

Always go here for lunch after a Cenote dive trip with Manta Divers (Cancun). Food is always top-notch (whether I have the alambre, the molcahete or the papas con chorizo), and what is more important, the beer (Dos Equis Ambar) is excellent.
I understand the German owner sold out last year, and that the employees are running it now... let's hope the quality stays the same, 'cos if so they are sitting on a gold mine!

Sports Bar atmosphere, with pool tables for the lads and internet terminals for the geeks. WiFi equipped (ask for the WEP key). Never been there in the evening so comment on night-life.

“Delicious food, good price!”

My husband and I went there for lunch today and were nicely surprised by the yummy food in this place. We ordered some nachos and buffalo wings, both delicious! Service was good as well, definitely going back soon!

“Excellent coconut shrimp”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2012

I discovered this place last month walking through the construction zone on 10th avenue. It's a bit dark inside with a sports bar atmosphere. It could get loud and festive when a soccer match is displayed on their 5 tv's. They also have a computers for use with Internet access and 2 pool tables. Service was great and the coconut shrimp dish served on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes priced at 149 pesos is fantastic. The dipping sauce served inside a half shell coconut was tasty. A lot of locals frequent this place and is part of my dining ritual.

“Awesome nachos!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 26, 2010

We went here during our honeymoon to watch Mexico vs. France in the World Cup. It was incredible. Lots of locals hanging out (in the air conditioning!) watching the game. The food was delicious and well-priced. The patrons were nice as well as the staff. We loved our tacos & nachos (but the nachos were particularly delicious), and we saw some other amazing looking things passing by....especially something involving an enormous molcajete and bacon. We never made it back to try that dish though. This place was recommended to us by our waiters at the hotel, and it was definitely a great spot!
