“Great Coffee”
Reviewed August 17, 2014

There are Starbucks in Mexico but quite honestly you can get that at home. Ah Cacao is the local version. Offering excellent coffee, great hot chocolate an some delicious cakes it is a great stop for a drink and snack. They do iced coffee and chocolate as well so its a great escape from the heat.
Standard wi-fi access is available and also service that is very good. I'd recommend the brownies and an iced coffee.

“Excellent cafe”
Reviewed August 15, 2014 via mobile

Great coffee and the Mayan chocolate is delicious. The ice cream is better than the nearby Hagen daz and local gelato stand.

“Great iced latte!”
Reviewed August 5, 2014

This was by far the best coffee we had in Playa del Carmen. On 5th avenue and walking distance to Reef Coco Beach Hotel. We found this place late in our stay but we were back there for the coffee. The chocolate is very good too.

Nice find and treat for coffee-a-holics! Pick up some gifts as well.
