Tour to cozumel and bacalar

My friends,1 year old daughter and i booked 2 tours with this agency, one was to cozumel wich took us to chankanaab park and cielo beach this tour was awesome, we loved it..we also booked a private tour to bacalar very exiting,oliver the tour guide and the driver wich i completely forgot his name were very nice guys..they picked us up in a nice, clean van and greeted us with a cooler full of drinks and snacks..they were very attentive to our needs and explained everything very well took us to lake bacalar and even made a quick trip to the free zone of belice..we really liked all of your services, we will definitely return to you guys in the future thank you for everything!

Friendly, knowlegeable staff

My daughter and I were introduced to Turismo by the hotel where we were staying and we were happy to take the recommendation as there are so many agents it gets very confusing with so many choices. We had a fair idea of where we wanted to go so Joseph helped us fine tune a small group day tour to Tulum ruins, Coba and a cenote with lunch included. Unfortunately the tour was not what we expected and we were bundled in with a much bigger tour group on a large bus with queues and lots of waiting around - not what we paid for.
I did go and see Joseph the next day and he explained that unfortunately sometimes the companies they deal with change things around without letting them know. He was extremely apologetic and I have to say was willing to compensate us in any way that we wanted. Joseph, Vanessa and all the staff went out of their way to help make up for our tour not being what we expected and we really appreciated the effort. Thanks to Joseph for a private transfer to our hotel in Cancun - big effort after a long day!

Visite to Tulum and chichen itza

Me and my friend booked two diferents tours on the agengy, one day for Tulun and another day for chichen itza. All trips were explained very well by the agengy, in our case Vanessa, everything was exactly vanessa explained to us.
I recommend the agency because the service was perfect, they pick us in time and the guides was very necy guys that always explain everything.

Excellent private tour and great with kids - Highly Recommended!!!

Turismo Channel was great!!! Their office was located in our hotel in Playa del Carmen and the booking process was easy and smooth. They were on time for pick up. The car was a compact car but plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable. Vanessa was our tour guide and she really made the trip enjoyable. My husband and I were traveling with our young kids so we don't like to join group tours. That way we can run on our own schedule and have flexibility without impacting other people. We went to Kantun Chi to swim/snorkel at the four cenotes at the location. Vanessa guided us through the eco park. She got into the water with us and took pictures for us inside and outside of the water. Our 4-year old daughter was scared in one of the dark cenotes and Vanessa held her and swam and comforted her. She was also very encouraging of our 6-year-old son who was kayaking for the first time. She was very patient with them. After the first cenote, the kids got hungry so we had to take a break to eat at the restaurant on site even if it wasn't part of the plan. She never made us feel rushed. Afterwards, Vanessa took us to a private beach on XpuHa and recommended a great beach front restaurant and the food was delicious. We will definitely use them again when we return to the area. Thank you Vanessa for a great time and for capturing all the great memories on camera! The kids are still asking about you!!! :)

You guys were hands down amazing! Thank you for being so helpful and friendly! I recommend seeing either Vanessa or Alisha- they are wonderful! They made booking things to do while visiting Playa del Carmen a breeze. 5 stars!!!
