Turismo Channel prides itself on providing high standards of service to each of our guests, therefore we take your comment very seriously.
We would like to clarify, you were not charged double the price on your tour, it was a terrible misunderstanding on behalf of Easy Tour (our outsource operator). Unfortunately there was a lack on their logistics that day. You should not have been in the Spanish group, that was not the tour we sold you.
If you come back to Playa del Carmen in the Future, we want to compensate you with a private tour, operated directly with TURISMO CHANNEL, as our goal is to exceed our clients expactations .
