Situated on Paseo de Montejo, the broad, tree-lined boulevard in the heart of Merida, this unpretentious Italian restaurant served some of the best carbonara I have ever had. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked. The carbonara was superb. The wine list was superior and the prices very affordable. My cousin, his wife, our friend and I enjoyed the meal so much we returned two nights later. We ate here two of the three nights we stayed in Merida. The ravioli is excellent as well.
