Have stayed at the Hyatt many times. Little pricier than some of the others, but worth every penny when you are wore out from exploring. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning. If you are lucky enough to get an upgrade, you can get appetizers and drinks in The Regency Club.
You can make a meal off these and breakfast goodies the next day. The restaurants are both good. Spago's does a great little pizza. It has a great pool, and a workout room. Wifi in lobby and upgraded rooms. Nice location, you can walk downtown or on Paseo de Montejo, a beautiful street with amazing old homes. Walmart is within walking distance. It can be noisy if there is a wedding or an event. Friendly, helpful staff, several speak english.
