Spent two days touring Plaza Grande. The market is a working market for locals; has food, fruit, pets, and tourist must haves as well. The Governors palace and the cathedral are beautifully lit at night, and self guided tours are welcome. There is also a government funded walking tour every morning at 830 (no charge). Each road away from the Plaza Grande leads to another church, public square, and more restaurants and stores. It would be easy t get lost, but the city is well gridded in a logical fashion so navigation was easy.
