We took a boat, the Samba 1 out of Cancun.
Our trip was going to Isla Mujeres. it was an all day trip.
We did snorkeling first, then held a 100 lb Nurse shark, had lunch on the beach, went shopping in the town and on our way back we did para sailing off of the boat.
It was an all day trip and well worth the trip. My friend and I had a great time.
Our main host on the boat was Andre, he was awesome.
We even danced on the boat.
If I was to go to Playa Del Carmen again I would go on the Samba 1 again.

When you arrive at the island, grab an offer of a boat tour. It is a good deal. Sightsee and have fun with your fellow passenger

I went to Isla Mujeres this last June, and was fortunate enough to find Isla Mujeres Boats. I booked a whale shark tour with Beto and the next morning we set off. the ride was about an hour out and we saw a bunch of dolphins swimming with us on our way (it was super cool) Beto even stopped so we could get some awesome photos. Anyways we continued on and finally got to the whale sharks and wow, there must have been 30 whale sharks. During our tour we must have taken well over 100 pictures and some cool underwater video. The boat ride back was a little more wavy but the La Nena handled it with ease. I was so pleased with the food and beverages and having some good laughs with Beto that I booked a fishing trip for the next day. If my word means anything, all I have to say is that my money was very well spent and I couldn't be happier. I can't wait to go back and do it again with Beto.
