Last year, the owner of BoBo's told us about his plans to expand to the place next door. He made it happen in the best way. We went for the yummy fish and chips we remembered from our last visit, served with tartar sauce for the crisp, moist fish and malt vinegar for the fries. The menu listed a classic martini -- which I usually don't order in Isla because the emphasis here is on tropical and sweet drinks. I checked with Chelsea at the bar, and yes, she could make a very dry martini -- exquisite. We are loving this little place, open only in the evenings. The expanded menu promises many more nights to try something new.
