Good spot for the expat set. Internet signal is excellent, the menu varied, the quality excellent, and the personnel friendly, cheerful, and helpful. There's a bookstore component--you can sit at the comfortable tables or on the couches--and read or even buy a book. It's easy to compare notes with other travelers. Lots of light and open windows to catch the breeze. The piped in trans (?) electronic music is enough to drive an older fogey like me a bit crazy, but otherwise it's great.
