The only thing I have ever had here is the fried whole fish and it is the only reason I would recommend anyone go here. It is their specialty and they do it very well. The fish they serve are usually that days catch. It is a great place to go to people watch during lunch.

We had dinner here our last night on Isla. I can't say enough about this great little restaurant. It is very casual, like most places in Isla. You can dine under the tent or right out on the beach, looking up at the stars. We had the battered fish, and the coconut fish, both were grouper filets, and they were huge! The fish dishes are very large plates with a delicious yellow rice, beans, tortillas, french fries and salad. Trust me, you don't want to miss this. The same family has owned and operated this place for about 27 years. They are so sweet and are very helpful with the menu. They do fish about 8-10 different ways, including the whole fish, it you like that. They also do shrimp about 6 ways, soft shell crab, and lobster. The fishing boats are sitting right out on the beach and tied up to the dock right in front of you. The local fisherman catch the fish, and bring them right to the restaurant, so you are eating about the freshest and most delicious fish you are going to find anywhere.

Like most beach restaurants in Mexico, this place is nothing fancy. What it does offer, however, is excellent fresh fish dishes with generous portions at very reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This is a great spot for lunch.

Wonderfully fresh fish filets grilled to perfection. This quaint restaurant is in a perfect location on the beach. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the restaurant-no toilet seat. A bit too primitive when you're trying to enjoy a wonderful meal.
