Enjoyed the water toys, kayak, pool and snorkeling, although not much to see while snorkeling. Can easily spend 6 hours. Food good and plentiful. Bring waterproof bag for valuables because locker rental is $20. Then, take ur valuables with you, although it wasn't crowded and seems pretty safe with attentive waiters around to notice if someone is rifling through your things. Rented wave runner from San Francisco club next door.

You can purchase the paradise beach excursion in Cazumel from the ship but we always go independently for a fraction of the cost. We grab a cab from the port for $5 and rent two lounge chairs and umbrella for $20 and a bucket of beers in ice. Service is good but depends how busy they are and how many ships have docked that day. They have a children's blowup water park, the ocean is great but it does have many rocks on the bottom so going in needs care. They also have a full bar, you can pick up lunch and bathrooms available as well.

Visited during a cruise with 13 family members including 6 kids aged 5-13. Cab was $30 each way for 7 people, $3 each for basic club access, add $18 for use of snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, & inflatable rafts/slides. Beautiful new bathrooms/changing rooms, huge, fantastic pool, chair side waiter service. We purchased the $18 wristbands but would have had a great time without them. The water at the beach was rocky and full of seaweed, and not much to look at snorkeling off the dock, so we enjoyed the pool and shaded beach chairs the most. Food was good, too - I split a Mexican combo plate with another adult and it was delicious. Tip: you can't bring food or drinks off the cruise ship in Cozumel so plan to buy some on shore.

We found this beach club the first time we stopped in Cozumel. We liked it so much, we went back 2 months later when we stopped again on our cruise. It is an easy $15 taxi ride there where you are met by one of the waiters. You pay $3 a person to get in and get a beach chair and umbrella. They have a lovely pool as well with chairs sitting in shallow water around the edge. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the bathrooms are nice for a beach club. They have a full menu of food items to order that are brought right to you are your chair. The beach is nice and the kids loved the inflatable playground in the ocean (extra $18 for the day) The first day we were there, there were 7 cruise ships in port. The beach was busy but it didn't feel overcrowded. There are always lots of taxis outside so it is easy to get back to the port. Beautiful beach and very relaxing!

Nice pool area- clean and well kept. The service was pretty good. The beach area was nice for Mexico and the kids enjoyed the inflatables in the water. We decided to parasail and there was an incident where the parasail was blown off the side of the boat and drug in the water, under the water briefly and the guides were able to correct whatever happened and get the parasail up in the air. The rest of the flight was uneventful, but I don't recall hearing an apology, offered a compensation or anything ... Just a friendly reminder that "we do work for tips" when we reached the dock. I've parasailed before in the US and had no issues ... I have to question if they have the same safety standards in Mexico. Either way ... It could have been a major mishap and I felt like it was not handled professionally.
