The complex itself is really nice, although they charge you a minimum of MXN $200 to use their facilities. You still have access to the public beach!
The only downside is the beach itself is kind of short, and the bottom of the sea could be rocky..

Go it's fun and enjoyable. I went on a Sunday and had the chance to enjoy the locals. The pool is stunning, and the drinks are great.
This was our second visit to Paradise Beach as a port day while on a cruise, and we were not disappointed. The 10-15 minute taxi ride from the port was $15USD for the 2 of us, and when we got to the resort, we were welcomed and the friendly staff sold us our wrist bands for $3 each (super cheap). This included our lounge chairs with umbrella, and access to all of the resort amenities (pool, bar, restaurant, bathrooms, and showers). The facilities were spotless, and the service right at our lounge chairs on the beach was fast, and friendly.
We didn't pay the extra money for the wrist bands that allow you to use the inflatable water activities, but they looked like a blast.
We ordered several buckets of beer, and fish tacos (the best I've ever had) while at the resort, and enjoyed the day in the sun. We were at the resort from around 9am - 2pm.
The ONLY downside I found (hardly worth mentioning) was that since we arrived so early and there are a lot of palm trees leading out to the beach, we were in the shade until about 1030-11. But this could have been solved by sitting by the pool instead.
This place had everything we needed and has something for everyone. It's definitely very touristy - but I'm a tourist... so it suited me fine.
Highly recommend!
A taxi driver at Punta Langosta recommended this place and we shared the ride with two ladies from Virginia (hopefully they'll read this review: we would have loved to stay in touch with them, but unfortunately we didn't share any contact information). The beach itself is very nice but was quite crowded: there were no available chairs or umbrellas when we arrived. The entrance fee of 3$ seems fair, but in addition to this we were told that we HAD TO spend at least 10$ per person at the bar. We did, but at the end nobody controlled when we left ( = our stay could have been cheaper)...
Beautiful beach with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and crystal clear water. Restrooms and showers nearby. Restuarant with bar food and cold beer service to loungers! Enjoyed an afternoon from the cruise ship. Want to go back.
Very beautiful private beach. Clean bathrooms & changing facilities but there is only two outdoor showers this was the only short coming of this beach. The beach was clean of trash & the water was clean & blue. There were many of inflatables for kids to play on & it wasn't crowded at all. There was a full bar & the prices were very reasonable. The cost for admission & the cost to use all the extras (life jackets, paddle boats, etc, was only 18.00 per person.
