We were told by our dive guides that this restaurant was run by the local fisherman's union, but we didn't know the name of it when we set out to find it. It's out of the way and unassuming, like some of the best spots on the island. The lionfish ceviche is almost a meal in itself, and they also gave us chips, guacamole, a crab salad salsa and a bowl of delicious seafood soup. With a couple of ice-cold XX's, what could be better after a morning of scuba diving? This place is a little gem and I hope it stays that way.
