Having a really hard time deciding between Kondesa and its sister restaurant La Kinta for best restaurant we tried in Cozumel... a slight edge to Kondesa for value-for-money, a slight edge to La Kinta for having enough canopies to cover all the tables when it rains :-). But our friends at Kondesa moved everyone under cover smoothly and swiftly, and kept on bringing delicious dishes: mahi-mahi with pumpkin seeds and brussels sprouts puree, properly complex chicken mole, and a chocolate banana dessert stand out in memory. Outstanding service: the waiters knew their dishes and their wines (a few choices by the glass, all going well with the food), and they materialized promptly when needed. A beautiful garden setting: a perfect evening.
