I really loved Kondesa! It's tucked away a few streets back from the touristy area in Cozumel and you might pass by without even realizing it's there. The food was great, but I particularly loved the atmosphere. The entire restaurant is open air, though the bar and half of the dining tables are covered. The tables are nestled under and around large trees and you really feel like you're in a tropical hideaway, rather than in the middle of town!
My only complaint is the heat and mosquitos! This, of course, isn't the restaurants fault, but if you're going in the summer months, beware! I look forward to visiting Kondesa on our next Cozumel trip in the winter months :)
