“LOVED IT!!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2008

My family and I visited Nachi Cocom July 5, 2008. It was everything we wanted and more. The staff was incredible, the food was spectacular and the beach was beautiful. There were about 20 people in our party and we all loved it. Some of us went snorkeling and really enjoyed it. My niece and I parasailed and my husband took our boys on the jet skis.

All of the drinks arrived promptly and the food did as well. If I ever get to go back to Cozumel I will definitely return to Nachi Cocom!!!!

“Quiet, pretty beach”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2008

We were on the Carnival Fascination and stopped in Cozumel for the day. We chose to take a $15 taxi to Nachi-Cocom after reading all the rave reviews. They no longer let you pay a $20 entrance fee. We had to pay the $49 all inclusive price per person. It was a beautiful beach area. The snorkeling wasn't very good. There were only about 12 other people there, so it was quiet. The food was ok. If you are not big drinkers and are not there all day, the $49 was not worth it.

“Absolutely Wonderful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 21, 2008

Our family of 5 with kids aged 5-10 absolutely loved Nachi Cocom. We wanted a day at the beach, with a pool, and not very crowded. Nachi Cocom delivered. Less than 50 ppl there on Saturday June 7th! We paid in advance and the food and drinks were wonderful and in good supply. We had nachos and drinks under our palapa on the beach and then had lunch later under the big palapa/dining area. The kids loved the swim up pool bar where they could get "sprites" and also the ocean where conch shells could be found in just 2- 3 foot water! My wife and I enjoyed the food, drinks and the utter relaxation of the day. We were on a 4 day cruise on the Carnival Ecstasy and this was by far our best day. I highly recommend for families but also couples as the area was big and not crowded(they keep it under 100ppl per day). There was plenty of quiet places. Cab fare was $20 each way from the cruise ship.

We had booked our day at Nachi-Cocom in advance based on a friend's review - and it was amazing. Without doubt the best day of our cruise. Beautiful beaches, nice areas to snorkel close to the shore (which is great for the kids!), and the food..... ah the food.... you have GOT to order the guacamole and/or the ceveche when your there. Great staff that waits on you hand and foot. We are planning a trip back to stay in Cozumel and visit Nachi-Cocom again!

“A great day”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 26, 2008

We had a day here whilst cruising on the Navigator of the Seas. I booked in advance through Island Marketing after reading reviews on tripadvisor. The resort is open 9am to 5pm LOCAL time. Cozumel time was one hour behind the ship time and we made the mistake of getting up early and leaving the ship only to realize the resort would not be open yet so we had to get back on the ship again! The resort is about a 15 minute drive from the port terminal and we arrived at exactly 9am. At first we were terribly disappointed, the bars and pool were not open and there were no staff around. We got our seats on the beach and waited. After 15 minutes or so a member of staff came and checked our reservation and told us someone would be round to take payment. 'Oh dear' we thought 'all they are interested in is money'. How wrong we were! It took another half hour to get going but soon more people arrived and there were lots of staff offering drinks and food, all included in the price, and all extremely good. We chose to have our appetizers first and our entree and desert a few hours later, all of which was delicious.
We had a lovely day and would highly recommend this beach.
Take your own beach towel though, I thought they were included in the price but found it was necessary to hire them for $5 each!
