“Great variety, minutes from the Port.”
Reviewed December 16, 2013

Four trips off the cruise ship and three times to the Money Bar! We thought we would try Chankanaab this time. Quick cab ride, only about $15.00. Lots to do at this beach "resort", or do nothing of course and chill on the beach. Set up a tab with Jose and he kept us supplied with cold drinks and snacks all day. Paid $21.00 to enter the park, $15.00 to rent snorkel gear and about $70.00 for lunch and drinks. We ate chicken fajitas, fish tacos, nachos, salsa and guacamole. Jose served us on the beach as we opted to not go into one of the beach restaurants. Cannot leave the sun ha ha! Overall great value for us. You have so many other activities you can do but we just wanted to relax and snorkel! Zip line. Dolphin swim. Scuba. Beach massage. Clean bathrooms and showers for freshening up. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Decent snorkeling right off the shore but it is a little rocky going in though there are steps built all up and down the beach. Easy enough but one gentleman had some difficulty. Life jacket recommended but we went without. The place was busy enough throughout the day but not overwhelming with tons of people and children which was nice. We would go again.

“different kind of theme park”
Reviewed December 1, 2013

so much to do in one theme park. snorkel all day if you want or swim with dolphins or get kissed by sea lions or see crocodiles or swim in the lagoons and caves or see Mayan artifacts or do Tequila tasting....all for a reasonable price.

“Great garden reef”
Reviewed November 23, 2013

This reef is always a delight to dive. The coral, and the fish life are great. I have been here many times and will return. This is second only to Colombia Shallow as a shallow garden reef dive.

“Great cruise stop”
Reviewed November 19, 2013

Had a great time visiting Cozumel and after a 2 tank dive, headed to Chankanaab Park for a couple of hours. The $21 admission fee is high, but it's a great place to snorkle.
