After a so-so lunch at our hotel, we searched trip advisor for suggestions and were elated to come across this place. It was authentic and low key with the menu written on the wall; my family and I were the only tourists there. I would recommend the guacamole, pastor (pork) tacos, and arrachera (a juicier beef than bistec) tacos on corn tortillas. Squirt a little lime on them, ask the waiter for cheese if you wish, and you'll be hooked!
They only take cash, but will accept USD. For 5 people, we had at least 5 beers and an horchata, 2 orders of guacamole, and about 20 tacos for 504 pesos ($42 USD.) That's $10 a person for dinner, drinks, a nice tip, and a great experience. Another plus, they had nice clean restrooms! We will be back again! Thanks El Pique!
