We travel to Cozumel twice a year to SCUBA dive and always have dinner at least once at Kinta. The chef is innovative and creative, combining flavors of the islands which always please the palate. Our server this past visit, "Jimmy", was exceptional. He was incredibly pleasant and polite. He even permitted me to practice my Spanish with extreme patience. Kinta has recently opened another restaurant on the island called Kondesa which has equally innovative and savory entrees. The wine selection and ambience cannot be beat. A MUST for diners who desire ambience and excellent food delivered by professional and eager staff.
