“Loud, limited menu, touristy”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 5, 2013

Stopped by on our way back to Carnival Magic. Hoping for some nice seafood choices, but it was very limited. Tacos, quesadillas, decent chips and salsa. Quesadillas were very bland. Husband had the fish tacos which were pretty good. Lots of noise, loud music, whistles when they are pouring shots, where they pour it in your mouth, then shake your head. Since we were with children, it was not as fun for us but interesting people watching!! We did ask about Wifi and did get in after many tries.

“A typical tourist bar.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2013

As as tourist dives go, this place isn't too bad. We mainly stopped by for the free drinks offered in our Carnival Cruise magazine. The server tried everything, not to honor the ad. It says all you have to do is say,"Take me to El Guapo." We actually tore the ad out and took it with us, so they had to honor it. We got free margaritas, though the ad said we could have our choice between a margarita and a Dos xxx. We used the free wifi, which was equally hard to obtain. we actually purchased a few drinks and a nacho. This was spring break and there was a lot of heavy drinking going on. This is one of those places that pours drink shots straight out of the bottle..

“Appears to be a tourist trap”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 30, 2013

Right off the cruise ship docks, you're confronted by Three Amigos on one side and Fat Tuesdays on the other. My husband and I ventured into Three Amigos for a drink at the bar. The margarita we had was what any college student would dream of - loaded with grain alcohol you couldn't taste, but that knocked you off your seat. The drink was already pre-mixed, quite disappointing. That said, the bartender was quite friendly and did put on a tiny show for us by bringing our giant glasses to us stacked on his head. $20 and two drinks later, we tipsily walked out in venture of somewhere else to get a real margarita and some food.

“Finished the day dancing on the bar!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2013 via mobile

We stopped here on our way back to the Carnival Paradise after our day at the beach. We had a blast and the food was good. We just order some snacks-buffalo fries & chicken wings to go with beer. Got to meet the owner, Chalo, who was super awesome. A lot of the cruise ship & shore excursion staff were there as well. By the end of our visit we were dancing on the bar & having good tequila! I would definately go again. Perfect place to fill time before you get back on your cruise ship.
