We ate at Del Sur on a Thursday with great service, and on Saturday with frantic owners trying to keep half their seating space open for a party that never showed. Honestly, it was night and day - the empanadas were fried just right on Thursday, but Saturday they were hastily done and undercooked. Thursday we got a huge piece of flan served to us, and Saturday it was paltry.
My advise - make a reservation and plan on taking home leftovers. We had short ribs and a large hunk of steak left and got more chimmichurri sauce to go.
