The house is very calm and nice, we were in the Palapa room, beautifully decorated. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she even made a gluten-free breakfast for us. She knows the area very well and can indicate you the best spots for diving/snorkelling - it's quite helpful given the number of tourist-traps in the area...

The good:
+ nicely decorated room (Palapa)
+ very clean, with a/c and fan
+ friendly and helpful owner (speaks Spanish, English and French)

The bad:
- it's very minor, but you have to pay for every supplement, even if you just want to use the computer for a few minutes ! (wifi is free though)

Room Tip: Palapa is really nice - don't know about the others

Eliane (the owner) was very helpful and welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay here. It is a unique property, with a courtyard and a breakfast terrace, as well as interesting rooms at a good price in a good location. It was pretty warm on the second floor, but we didn't have a remote for the air conditioner high on the wall--maybe we were supposed to request it?--and I couldn't get the TV to work well either, not that we wanted to use it much. Leaving the unscreened windows open, my wife got bit up before she put on bug spray during the middle of the night. So lesson learned--get AC in Mexico, especially if you're northern gringos used to snow more than heat!

We stayed here for a week while scuba diving in Cozumel and loved the place. Eliane, the owner, is very charming and full of great tips and recommendations. You can walk to several good restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. The B&B is off the main cruise ship path, but close enough to easily walk to the waterfront. The breakfasts were great and always included nice fresh fruit and good coffee. We stayed in the palapa and thought it was charming and very comfortable. No doubt about it, we will stay there again next time.

You can't find a better place on Cozumel but this bed and breakfast. As you enter through the door into this miracle garden you feel at home immediately. Old trees, big garden, nice rooms, big terrasse at the main building where the breakfast is served. You wouldn't wonder if fairies and pixies would show up. Extremely quiet and close to the center at same time. Eliane is so awesome, friendly and helpful that you miss her when you leave. Breakfast is excellent, hopefully you are lucky to try her quesadillas.
