“Isla de Pasion via the Twister”
Reviewed January 20, 2013

I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. We traveled to Isla de Pasion by way of the Twister. The boat ride was a thrill. You will get soaked. Our driver managed several 360 degree turns that brought down a wave of water on everyone. The island was beautiful. Plenty of chairs and shade if you need it. White sand and light blue water. They keep the island very clean. The chips and gauc were great. I also enjoyed the rum punch. Ida will be available to help out in any way possible. She works for tips but she is very grateful for any amount you want to give her. The entire excursion is 5 hours total. My wife would have liked to stay on the beach for a longer amount of time.

“Isla de Pasion”

We visited this island as part of a shore excursion from the Disney Fantasy. We arrived via Twister, which the boys really enjoyed. We were there on a quiet day, arriving around 11:00. For more than half of the time there were only 16 of us on the island, so the staff had plenty of time to be very attentive. The beach was beautiful. There was plenty of shade. Our excursion was "all inclusive" so lunch and beverages were included. The food wasn't "hot" but it was tasty. The boys had a good time with the water trampoline and just being in the water. There were plenty of loungers and some hammocks.

“perfect wedding!”
Reviewed January 14, 2013

I got married Jan 8, 2013 at isla de pasion through orchid weddings. Melitza, my wedding planner, was amazing. the weather was perfect. the food was amazing. the flowers were beautiful. the staff was so much fun. the music played perfectly. the cake was delicious. everything went perfect as planned. i highly recommend planning your wedding through her and getting married here. we had thirty guests and all came from carnival cruise line. there are no ways to describe the island, you must see it to believe it. i had a perfect wedding and i owe it all to orchid weddings. thanks for everything! my photos do not do it justice. it was so beautiful, there are over 10,000 photos just from this beautiful island to go through, but we did not want to delay an amazing review for this company. no one swims behind you during the ceremony. the isle is pull palm trees on each side. it is a beautiful place. i recommend this place for anyone wanting a smaller, simple fun wedding!

“Beautiful, relaxing day”
Reviewed January 13, 2013

We went to Isla de Pasion as part of a Carnival cruise excursion. Island had about 200 people on it that day, which was nice, no issue getting chairs to sit. Bit of a wait for drinks, which were weak (wouldn't mind paying for higher quality/more potent drinks). Chips, gauc and pico de gallo were tasty but fish and rice had no flavor. The chicken was almost uneatable, though-couldn't really find meat on the wing-like pieces we had. Why do I rate this place as very good? It was quiet, the hostess was wonderful, the water was blue, and the water trampolines were fun. We had hoped to snorkel but the wind meant no visibility. Saw a few iguanas though!
