We were able to visit this park while on a cruise. I was not sure what to expect, as I am not a huge tequila fan, but I wanted to learn more about it. There is a museum that your guide takes you through and gives a quick, insightful and humorous tour of. After that, you are introduced to your tequila master, and the drinking begins! We slowly sampled about 3-4 different tequilas and studied each one. It was similar to a wine tasting.
This is not the place to take a bunch of shots, rather to find the beauty and differences in each type of tequila. You are also able to buy bottles to take home with you. After you have drinks, you are led to a much-needed taco bar. It was delicious!
Arturo and Diego made the experience great! They were both well-informed and entertaining. We were happy that we chose this excursion,
