Outstanding venue!! Staff was incredible! Somehow, they would remember your name, room number and your preferences for amenities such as mixed drinks. The food and beverages were top notch. Staff was consistently cleaning up, fixing up, serving food, drinks, or just asking if there was anything they could do for you. The rooms were immaculate with everything working. Fridge was kept well stocked. We ate in all the restaurants; inside and out. All were great (Itallian was the best). We recommend this to everyone. Although smoking was allowed outside, we noticed very few people smoking. As Arnold S says, "We'' be baack".

Room Tip: Request a room on the third level or above.

1st time @ a resort all-inclusive. The staff here are fantastic and really try to get to know you and are very cool to chat with in general. Their daily shows are pretty entertaining as well. Main reason we stayed here was to take advantage of the diving which was great as the boat pickup/dropoff was @ the palace!

Food is fantastic and def. try all the different dishes. The Italian restaurant has the best food and a dress code most of the time. Swimming in the pool and the ocean are quite fun. The guest that stay here are also quite friendly and made the stay here very enjoyable.

We are able to use the majority of our resort credit to upgrade our room, dive, and do activities that we normally wouldn't do. Our initial room was the city view room, which was smaller and did not have a jacuzzi. Also the street noise was pretty bad as there is a bar the plays techno music until like 3 am. Thankfully we were able to upgrade to ocean view where the room was huge! After that, smooth sailing!

Special thanks to Isabel (I think) front desk, as she helped us with our room change, gave us a late check out, and let us keep our luggage after we checked out to do a day trip around the island and we were allowed to have 1 final meal as well! Def. a placer por quedar a CP.

Room Tip: Ocean view. If you are in a city view. Try your best to use your resort credit to upgrade!

This was our first time traveling to an all-inclusive destination. We ended up choosing this destination over several others our travel agent had prepared price quotes for, as Palace Resorts was the only destination that offered the resort credit to be used towards whatever we liked. The price of the overall package wasn't much more than other area resorts, plus we didn't have to pay to do some of the normal "tourist" things. Truly the only money we had to have on our vacation was for souvenirs. The resort was very clean, staff was wonderful and made sure any need we had was met, room was very spacious and comfortable, view was AMAZING, very clean and spacious patio and pool area, and having the ocean to snorkel in right from the resort was awesome as well. Activities staff were very active and provided fun entertainment every day we were there. We took the time to go to Playacar Palace while we were over that way and my husband and I both felt we would still prefer Cozumel Palace. Although Playacar Palace does have the sand beach in front of their resort, the resort is much larger and there didn't seem to be that personal touch that is definitely present at Cozumel Palace. We were frequently greeted by name from multiple staff members, showing they truly care about their guest at Cozumel Palace! I would definitely return to this resort in the future!!

Room Tip: Our room was right on the corner by the elevator, so it was kind of noisy at times. That is the onl...

First time in the Caribbean, went down for scuba diving and warm water, came away with an experience that topped every vacation ever made. The facility is conveniently located and the accommodations are well above our expectations. The entire staff makes you feel welcome from minute one until the very end; I should say not only welcome but part of their family. From scheduling special occasion dinners, and excursions to the individual drink out by the pool, you are special. If you take the time to get to know them, they'll make you feel like they are there only for you.
The list of individuals that made both of us feel like family was topped by Leticia, treating us professionally but like long time friends. Then there was Hugo at the front desk, welcoming us home (to our personal Vila) after a long day and rough ferry ride from Playa del Carmen. Alejandro's service during our anniversary dinner was impeccable, with the presentation of each course; the meal built to an a exquisite conclusion with a tasteful multilayered chocolate dessert. The choice of restaurants within the resort, allows for a different meal every night, and all day long, from Asian and Italian to local Mexican, never considered dining anywhere else.
If you need help keeping yourselves occupied look for Daniel "Danny Boy" he is energetic and it's contagious, with nightly entertainment. When booking your excursions ask Freddy Oscar to help, he'll make sure you make the best of your time away from the resort, if you must leave. Then their is Roxana, you'll think she is Leticia sister, and Fabiola who will make sure your dinning experience is special every time. When enjoying the pool and sun just ask Heri Jacob for your special drink, then later look for Carlos' smile you'll find that it's hard not to join him.
You will find it impossible to leave without telling everyone you met thank you and we look forward to our next trip here. Take time the to talk to other guests and you'll find our sediment is shared by many.

Thank you, to the entire staff.

Room Tip: Make sure to ask for a Junior Suite from the beginning, they face the water, so you can wake up with...

10-13-2012 Ending a wonderful weeklong vacation in paradise, at the Cozumel Palace, we leave new friends behind to continue their fine jobs at CP. This was our first time as VIP Palace Premier members at Cozumel Palace, but won't be our last! From being welcomed in the lobby with a refreshing drink and cool cloth by Angel at the check-in, to our personal guest relations' greeter, Rafael, we felt as though we had come home.  The concierge room on the 4th floor was ideally appointed with ocean front view and jacuzzi  and away from the noisier aspects of the resort (where nightly entertainment was provided around the pool bar area, and younger persons were likely to be). We tried all food areas, liking the Mexican and Italian (long pants required for men, and no tennis shoes) very much; the Oriental dinner was not so much to our liking, as we are not connoisseurs of eastern fare, but the ambience of the meal was fine, along with the red sparkling wine!  Trips and tours, particularly with Aventuras Mayas, were perfectly arranged by Rafael who took a very personal interest in our enjoyment and comments after each outing.  The wait staff in the dining areas, particularly Teresita (hostess in Flamingo Restaurant, and I'm sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly, but she was beautiful, petite, and always had lovely smile for us) and Filiberto who always saw to our needs and pleasure, particularly for the multiple cups of hot chocolate each morning; the pool and lobby wait staff, including Heri and Silvia, were two of our favorites, as well, always bringing us our strawberry daiquiris, unsweetened ice tea, or helping to get the bartenders, Juan & the one at the pool, acquainted with a new concoction called a Toucan - a layered sweet drink that was a great nightcap, even in mid-afternoon! Always, everyone wanted to bring something or assist in any way they could - Darwin and Ricki at the vacation planning desk were readily available to help with our questions, concerns, and helpful hints in getting around the area.  We felt very secure with how each time we left the property to venture out on our own that Iasias and Roberto would be there to welcome us back with a smile!  We did take the ferry across to Playacar Palace one day, and on another day to catch a tour - our friends at CP told us exactly what to do to make it a worry-free event each time.  Although CP doesn't have a large spa with sauna, steam room, etc., they make up for it with lovely ladies like Adrianna, Felicia, Maria, Vicky, who have magical fingers and hands that soothe away aching muscles and leaves a body feeling thoroughly relaxed and content.  The staff is what makes Cozumel Palace the luxurious destination it is, and we hope to return to our new friends in the near future to again become acquainted with the sights and sounds of this lovely island in paradise.

The staff is amazing, the view is beautiful, the hotel is gorgeous. Every need is attended to. They treated us with love and kindness when I traveled with the lesbian travel company, Sweet, to Cozumel. A+ Recommend to anyone! You feel like royalty! The $1500 credit was FULLY used! :)

Room Tip: Room 328 was the best! Corner with a huge balcony!
