We picked Chi after reading their menu, but the motivation was really their upstairs, open air location right on the malecon, where we could watch the ships on the water and the people on the sidewalks. Our waiter was charming and quickly brought our beverages, turning on an overhead fan along with lanterns and twinkle lights as the twilight deepened. The menu is huge and includes Chinese, Thai, Philippino and Malaysian dishes. It's divided into categories to make choosing easier and includes photos of many of the selections. We had two terrific soups (hot and sour was fantastic!) and then had several Chinese dishes. The only disappointment was the lettuce wraps, which came in tortillas! Service was terrific throughout and our leftovers were nicely packaged for toting back to our hotel.
