Small museum with rooms devoted to stories about the history of the island. They have an exhibit which replicates and underwater reef. Outside when the rain breaks there is a very small mayan home setting. All exhibits have well written english. Since it is very stuffy dress for it. I enjoyed the small exhibit devoted to Jacque Cousteau and early underwater equipment. Museum only takes pesos and it is under $10 US. If you read everything it would take 1 to 2 hours. But because it is so stuffy it is hard to stay that long. There are 2 floors and ~ 5 indoor rooms.
