“Las Brisas is a great place to stay.”
Reviewed March 17, 2013 for a stay in March 2013

We stayed in Las Brisas #301. Great location with a small beach and iron shore, great views and sunsets. Close to town but far enough out of town to be away from it all. Very spacious, huge balcony, clean, bright, airy. It was quite breezy when we stayed there, so the place is aptly named. Fun if not great snorkeling right out front. It's a huge and very comfortable place, well worth the money; in fact I think it's a great value. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances were all very nice. Huge showers (all 3 of them). Pool is very attractive but chilly; we didn't use it at all, really. If it had been really hot we probably would have. The view is fantastic. The only minor bummers are the back bedroom does get some road noise, which is minimal at night but scooters and motorcycles are a bit loud somewhat early in the morning. Not bad at all, really, and we live in the country so we're probably just not used to road noise. The other small drawback is having to drive through town to get to the southern part of the west side of the island. It can be slow. It was stop-and-go one day when there were several cruise ships in town and a small accident that made traffic worse. We would stay here again. Rent a car if you stay in a place like this. Driving is no big deal at all. Fulvio, the property manager, was very nice and very willing to help out in any way. Having the housekeeping service was great, as were having laundry facilities and wifi. Oh, and I read a lot of general complaints about hard beds in Cozumel. The beds at #301 were excellent. A great place.

“Superb ocean views and spotlessly clean”

A perfect vacation apartment! Right in the heart of Cozumel, directly opposite the sparkling ocean and within a ten-minute stroll of the town square.
The maid sevice was unobtrusive, the security excellent and the vista from the balcony was unsurpassed.
We'd wholeheartedly recommend these brand-new and well-appointed aparments to anyone who enjoys a little luxury.
The letting agent, Isabella, is absolutely charming and couldn't have been more attentive and helpful.
