I stayed at the Villas for 5 days in March & found the Villas to be inexpensive, quite, very clean & as close to the ruins as you wanted to be.
Guadeloupe, at the front desk, arranged all my transport & guides as I visited Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, Los Grutas & a local cenote for the swim of a lifetime.
If I return, I will stay here again.

This hotel is really nice, well positioned, close to the archeological site. Warm atmosphere, clean, typical room in mexican style...happy to suggest it to other people!
Onesto of the best place we found in Yucatan!

We liked the fact that this is the one hotel on the Chichen Itza compound that was not built by using stone from the ruins. We had a family suite, which suited us wonderfully. The bathroom separating the two rooms gave us parents some privacy. Purchased the food plan one day and enjoyed our 4 course meal as the first meal we had in Mexico. It is not a resort, but is a very nice hotel with comfort and style. The iguanas were seen running through the central area, which was a bit hit with our girls. The pool is fine - and important after touring Chichen Itza and coming back hot and ready to cool off. Would definitely stay here again.

I would keep this hotel for myself but that wouldn't be fair for others!
I never give 5 stars to anything, for there are always room for improvement.
We stayed there for 2 nights and loved it.
    So quiet, so authentic!

Don't come here expecting frills, pampering, or all the latest conveniences, but if you just need a nice, clean comfortable place to spend a night while visiting Chichen Itza, this is the place. It's an easy 5-minute stroll to the parks rear entrance.
We arrived about 4pm on the vernal equinox and the crowds in town were crazy so we just decided to eat here. Not a bad choice....nothing fancy but very tasty, inexpensive dinner. We also had the breakfast buffet and were very pleased with everything.
In the evening we sat down by the pool and watched the moon over a glass of wine.
And did I mention what a bargain it was!? With taxes the total was $79!
You don't get a TV. There's no ice machine. But there WAS A/C and the beds were very comfortable.
Hard to beat for that price.
