“www.cancuncd.com has best boat tour in Cancun!”
Reviewed May 31, 2010

It was a very special occasion for my girlfriend and I visiting from NYC and I'm glad I found Cancun CD online (www.cancuncd.com) where we experienced a perfectly romantic boat trip with champagne, snacks, and extremely attentive and professional service from Eduardo at Cancun CD and the boat captain Fernando. They even topped off the limo ride and boat trip with a nice video/photo montage.

“Quick to get there and great beach”
Reviewed May 27, 2010

Stayed at Villas Kin Ha, now called Beach Scape. The beach is the best. Wide, white sand, calm water. In the middle of things but quiet. Beautiful grounds. Nice grocery just down the street. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Great for families.

“Never rent from this car rental company!!! : Blueway”
Reviewed May 20, 2010

I am writing this review for my father since he had such an awful experience renting a car from this company. Everyone should be careful with the mexican car rental companies. Blueway is one of them.
First of all, the car was in awful condition. On the first day of the rental, they stopped and parked, and left their luggage in the vehicle. When they returned, there was no sign of a robbery, the doors were locked, and there were no entry marks. BUT all of the money, electronics and passports were GONE. It is suspected that the company had GPS in the car and waited to enter with extra keys and take their things.
PLUS midway through the rental, the muffler started to fall off. The number on the contract was called for a replacement. When the number was called, Budget answered the phone. They are using Budget's contracts, which Budget said was completely illegal. Finally they got ahold of blueway, and a replacement was delivered from Playa Del Carmen, not Cancun. The workers that delivered the car were laughing and wondering why they received such an awful vehicle.
When the car was returned at the end, the man at the desk was claiming that there was damage done to the vehicle, which there wasn't. He also tried to ignore the questions asked about the Budget contract, and the wrong number on the contract. They paid in cash, and in the end, they charged the credit card the full amount. The name on the charge was "Budget". So they are using Budget's name for everything and they are NOT affiliated. PLEASE watch where you rent. Only rent from american car companies and make sure you keep track of your credit card charges and damage on the vehicle before taking it. Please note, that in our neighborhood in mexico, we met 3 other travellers that had major problems with Blueway. This may only be happening with the branch in Cancun. Hope this helps.

“Cancun Valet is great!”
Reviewed May 19, 2010

I would recommend using these guys to go to and from the airport. They were on time, easy to work with, and easy to contact if I need to. They were outside with a sign waiting for us, and offered to stop anywhere we liked to and from the hotel. Easily paid all up front on credit card two days in advance so no need to carry a bunch of cash on us. Will defiantly use them again if we go back...way better than the slow bus shuttles.

“Cancun Veteran”
Reviewed March 19, 2010

March 2010
We have been traveling to Cancun and the Mexican Riveria for over 20 years. We have 2 time shares at the Royal Resorts and do a lot of entertaining there. Although we travel to Europe and Asia as well, Cancun is always a treat. The people are gracious, the weather beautiful and every year there are more adventure tours to partake in. We like 'Adventuretours'. We also have rented a catamaran with crew and had a blast.

We haven't been ripped of by taxi drivers. We do advise that you be sure that you are purchasing real sterling silver because most is not. Avoid timeshare dealers. We approached the facility we were interested in and bought used units at great prices and never regretted it.

The city bus service is very convenient and you may witness some street theater on a bus, complete with singers and musical instruments. We have rented cars and driven to Chicanetza and Tulum without incident.

We have been drinking the water in Cancun all these years and never had a problem. The Mexican government is careful to keep tourists healthy.

We have always gone downtown, on the bus for dinner and we'll go again this year unless we hear of an incidence of violence, which, so far, we have not.
