This is a very good steakhouse! They serve USDA Prime beef smothered in butter served on a plate heated to an extremely high temperature. This means, though, that your meat will keep cooking after it's served and your medium-rare could become a medium. So order accordingly. Get the mashed potatoes on the side instead of the shoestring fries as they aren't the best. Pepper sauce on the side is a must for mashed potatoes/fries. Don't you dare dip a USDA Prime cut of steak in pepper sauce! Ruth's Chris makes for a nice evening out and the bill is fair considering the quality of meat. Service was on par with other high-end steakhouses. If you need a break from tacos and guacamole and craving some red meat, I would recommend this place! Valet parking as well, if you've rented a car.
