Enjoyed dinner here last night. Our waiter Carlos made a good suggestion on the wine. The list is extensive.

She had the grilled tuna that was cooked to perfection and very rare inside. It was cooked perfectly!

I had the Halibut. It too was juicy and cooked to perfection.

The portions were tremendous!

The only issues were that both of the fish portions were very salty. Orderly lightly salted and it will be perfect.

At the end of the dinner I showed Carlos that one of the rolls in the basket was as hard as a rock. He said it was supposed to be like that. I don't think so! I would be afraid to break all of my teeth. The other breads were excellent with garlic butter and three dips that were all quite good!

We go to Puerto madera every year and it gets better and better each time. Service is always top notch and food is superb. Get The grilled octopus as appetizer it is the most amazing thing ever. Surf and turf is done to perfection and taste is unbelievable. Crab legs come already cut and ready to eat. Desserts even better. This is a meal you are still talking about weeks later. Every year when we bring new friends there it's always the weeks top restaurant.

We decided to splurge for dinner one of our nights in Cancun--we were not disappointed with Puerto Madero. The food was delicious--highly recommend the ceviche and empanadas. I ordered a seafood spaghetti and my friend ordered lobster and crab rolls. Along with a bottle of wine, we spent approx. $110US. The portions are rather large, and they also provide free bread, so keep that in mind--we were both overly stuffed, but happy :) We got there right at sunset, and were seated outside so that we could enjoy the view.

The service was very good--a little slow at the end when more tables filled up, but we weren't in any rush, plus we had a bottle of wine to occupy us. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a crab leg appetizer, flavor was excellent but it had a hair on it, the meat was carbon looking color. Service was good our waiter Jose Luis tried his best to make a good situatuion.

My husband & I revisited our favorite restaurant in Cancun from last years vacation. The meal was fabulous from start to finish & our favorite waiter Fortunato & Eduardo gave us exceptional service. We started with caesar salad made table side & grilled Alaskan king crab legs that were cooked to perfection. Our entree was a whole grilled grouper that was out if this world. We will continue to visit every vacation. Great service, food & atmosphere!
