We had the best day on our Chichen Itza tour with Rafael (our amazing tour guide for the day) and Marie (our fab driver).
We all had a great experience, learnt a lot and would highly recommend to anyone for any tour! We saw Rafael in Tulum after we had already booked a different tour for those ruins and were instantly jealous we didn’t have him that day!

Gracias por todos! Carlos and Ando were the best!!!! Carlos is a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. Not only that, but I really love his support for the local community. Ando (Donaldo) was the safest and coolest driver. They were very professional and hard working. As for the tour itself, from Cancun it is about 2.5hrs. On the way to Chichen Itza you make 2 stops, so on going time is about 6 hours, but includes lunch and cool place to get some souvenirs. Heading back to the hotel (cancun) is a non-stop drive. The lunch place was yummy! The bus was very clean!! There was also a bathroom on the bus. The only thing that was "eh" was that they were 20 minutes late to pick up. But that is only because some people getting picked up at the hotel before us were late. As soon as they came, the immediately apologized for the tardiness. Although, the immense fun we had during the excursion definitely made up for it. Also it was raining throughout the day and Carlos kept the energy up!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a great tour and our guides Carlos & Mary were awesome. He was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun. Only issue was getting there we had a stop with lunch and bathroom break plus a quick place to shop but on the return there was no stop. My only suggestion to the owners here is maybe try and add in a quick stop on the return trip as it’s a pretty long haul to the hotel after the swim portion of the trip. Theres got to be another place we can stop real quick for bathrooms and a quick 15-30 min shop since it’s about 3 hours back after the swim hole. Maybe a tequila factory or something where we can do a quick tasting use the restroom and maybe a few people buy a bottle to make it worth it to the vendor. I don’t think anyone would mind adding 30 min to the tour. Other than the long haul on the back end of the trip everything was great.

This is a wonderful tour that is a must for everyone. It was the hottest day I have ever experienced in my life, but the history of this site will send chills down your spine. The time at the Cenote was amazing as well. There were tons of people, but it’s still a unique experience!

I had no idea when I booked this tour that I would be receiving a lesson on the history of the Mayan people, but it ended up being an added bonus!

There was a lot of driving. A lot! Our wonderful tour guide Carlos did his best to fill the time, but it was a lot of driving!

Don’t miss this chance to experience a wonder of the world and to learn about the wonderful history of a civilization that is not lost, but alive and well!!!

We purchased our tour at our resort and the bus came and picked us up. The only downsize is that an hour of the travel is just going to different hotels picking up passengers. Our first stop was in a town where one of the first catholic church was built in the area. Then we stop and visited a Mayan community center where they sell souvenirs and we also had a nice buffet lunch. Then we visited Chichen Itza, which was just spectacular! There's lots of history and interesting facts to learn. Lastly, our last stop was at a cenotes that was close by. We got to swim in the water, which was refreshing and a once in a lifetime experience. Overall, our guide was super informative and made our interesting and entertaining. It was a very long day so be prepared. We started with our pick up at 7:20 am and then we didn't get back to our hotel until 8:30 pm but it was definitely worth it!
