Could not recommend the Hyatt Zilara enough! My husband and I stayed at the resort for a quick mini moon after our wedding and we were beyond happy with our choice.

Everyone that we interacted with was so pleasant and helpful, and it made such a difference. We also treated ourselves to a moonlight dinner on the beach at Pelicanos, and our server that night, Christian, was beyond hospitable and hilarious, so we made sure to come back to Pelicanos the next afternoon for a drink. One thing to keep in mind is that drinks at dinner aren’t included in the all inclusive price, but the food itself was great and the wine options were delicious.

Our room was also great! Very spacious and comfortable, and we took advantage of the hammock on the balcony for a pre-dinner nap.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary and renewed our vows. We brought along ten family members and everyone had an amazing time. The staff is amazing . Eloisa, Ligia and Kuri in the lobby and bar. We stayed at The Hyatt Zilara Cancun October 12-19, we were changed to this resort last minute due to ongoing renovations at the one we were orginally booked at.
I am so glad we did, the staff, resort, food was amazing.
