We have used USA for about 7 years now and they have always been on time, friendly and very helpful. We use for transfers from airport and back and transfer to other hotels. If we went on an excursion, no doubt would use USA. Would not consider any other transportation!

We had booker an airport transfer and hotel to another hotel transfer. Everything went smoothly, the drivers were always on time, friendly and professional.

This is the 6th time we have used USA and they are the best, have not used them for a trip only the Cancun Airport shuttle to our hotel, I would suspect they are excellent for trips as well, we will use them again next year

Would not ever consider any other way to get to a resort from the airport. They were all so incredibly, genuinely kind and professional. Vargas is amazing. He even had a welcome gift basket for us and was so warm and friendly!

This is our 3rd time using USA transfers and we are never disappointed. We had Ailan (sp?) and he was great! He told us some great stories and history of the area. There was a major traffic jam due to a bad motorcycle wreck so the trip was about 30 minutes longer than it would have been, but he handled it like a pro. He drove safely and kept us entertained fo the long ride.
