If you don't plan on spending too much time at a hotel and want to be out more then this hotel is both affordable and close to the majority of the activities....rooms are humid so AC has to be working well...breakfast isn't fancy but gets the job done if you're hungover :)
they have a safe you can place a deposit to get and is returned to you once you leave.
not sure if they have a spa or fitness center...

Room Tip: i dont know if they have a spa or fitness center

The hotel is located in a quiet side road very close to bus stop. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees, inside it looks like a small jungle with plenty of palm trees, flowers and other greenery. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The pool and restaurant are next to the yacht mooring. The rooms are furnished simply but with nice wooden furniture. They are clean, no smells.
The towels looked clean, but were however heavily worn and some with large holes.
Breakfast was on some days very simple (bread, jam and cereals), on other days more variety (e.g. scrambled eggs added).

this hotel was cheap but its NOT WORTH IT. The rooms smelt horrible, the beds were rock hard and had stains on every blanket/sheet, the staff was rude (though I was with a group of white people, thus we only really had interactions with the one english speaking staff member who was constantly rude and not helpful at any point), we had money locked up and hidden in a bag and the staff clearly stole it while cleaning the room.

Lastly, as was stated below by another review, I also saw the human feces in the pool and can confirm that reviewer is not making up the store. My group was determined to spend no time at the hotel, and had to lug around all of our valuables for the entire trip to avoid having anything else stolen.

In conclusion, it was cheap but the stolen money made this trip very costly and a lot less enjoyable.

Do NOT stay at this disgusting excuse for a hotel. Some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Rooms were tiny, disgusting, and smelled terrible. The food was equally horrendous. We stayed for the 5 night deal, and while it was cheap, we did everything we could to stay away from the hotel.

Worst of all, the staff/ cleaning people STEAL YOUR VALUABLES. Over the course of the week we lost hundreds of dollars and a tablet. When you try to talk to management they just laugh at you and tell you to talk to the police even though it's quite obvious who took our stuff.

One of the managers is a bald man named MIGUEL. He is a horrible person and a completely rude, disgusting pig. If the hotel owner reads this, please consider firing this man. I have a lot of friends that come to Cancun for vacation, and primarily because of Miguel's rudeness I will assure you that none of them will be staying at your hotel.

Lastly, the one time I considered swimming in the pool, I kid you not, there were human feces in the corner of the water. Worst of all, when it was gone the next day, the swimming pool remained open-- as if these arrogant staff members would even care about their guests, so this didn't surprise me.

In closing, if this hotel were to be inspected by a professional, there is NO WAY it would be allowed to operate. Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. Don't make the same mistake.

I think the location is good in the sense that it is away from the busy and noisy crowd. It's only a few minutes walk to the bus stop, where you can hop on the frequent buses to anywhere you want. The hotel environment is peaceful and serene. The staffs are friendly, unlike others said are rude. The pool is not good for swimming in my opinion, it's small, and gets many leaves from the trees. However, that wasn't my concern since we don't swim in the pool. The breakfast is mediocre. I didn't really like the food, some people think they were okay. It's not the 5 stars kind of breakfast you get, since this is quite an affordable hotel. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The daily room service really clean up the entire room and bathroom. Remember to adjust the AC well as it might get very cold at night. I hope the room can have a water heater in it for the convenience of the guests. However, the hotel does provide 2 bottles of water everyday. The beds are good. One thing to note, there's a Mexican restaurant walking to the left of the main street, next to Oxxo, which is really cheap and delicious. I think it's mainly for the locals, that's why it's really cheap. Recommend people to go there. Honestly, I do not have any major complain for this hotel since it's much affordable compared to the other hotels. This is the kind of hotel best suited for visitors who only want to have a good sleep at night and leave in the morning.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel beds are old and hard, the rooms are infested with mosquitoes, only one large thin towel is provided. The rooms are smelly and musty and once the floor gets wet its stays wet. When the maids clean your room they leave the door open so all the mosquitoes can enter. There are no comfortable areas to lounge outside while being in the sun. The pool was dirty. Only large wooden very uncomfortable lounges are kept outside permanently. The restaurant has its problems: service is very very very slow, attitudes of waitstaff not great, food not good. The free breakfast they provide is awful. Its all carbs with nothing healthy at all. One morning they had donuts, chips and bread. If they had some fruit, yogurt or even some hard boiled eggs that would of been acceptable. I would not come back and not recommend this hotel to anyone even though its cheap.

A hotel with a very good location, nice clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.
it is located right on the ocean and also has a verz nice pool at the sight.
The continental breakfast was more than enough located in the restaurant in the hotel.
the transfer from downtown, the beaches could be reached very well through a bus system 50 metres away!
it was also possible to book tours and excursions next to the front desk.
all in all we were verz satisfied with the stay in our hotel!
