Aeromexico put us in this hotel when the flight was late and can't reach our connecting flight . Food is good .the hotel staff were friendly .hope in the future they will renovate their hotel and we will stay again thanks

When we checked in our flight came in a little earlier than expected. The 1st room we were assigned wasn't clean, so we were assigned to another room that had an amazing view of the ocean. The room was nice. Only thing was the room door was hard to open and the curtains were disgusting. The hotel has 2 restaurants 1 is a sushi spot which is good and the other is a more traditional restaurant that has horrible food. The pool is open all day and night. The pool bar is open from 11am-6pm. The pool is nice it doesn't go pass 4 ft. Watch out for the birds because they will still your food by the pool. If I had to rate the hotel I'd give it a 5 <avg> you're better off buying your own drinks and food. The all inclusive wasn't worth it.

Not a pleasant experience at all.
Wifi was shocking and did nit work in rooms and hardly worked in hotel.
Pool was lovely and easy access to the beach.
Staff weren't very helpful.
Rooms were average but were clean enough.

We got put up here by United Airlines because our flight was oversold. The stock photos seemed promising but this place is old, unkept and extremely unattractive. Our room had a dirty white "leather" couch that were torn, and the tears were patched up with white tape. Our balcony door was broken, and our minibar fridge was not cold. Lobby was lined with dirty carpet and even dirtier curtains; the building itself is dilapidated. We were assigned a room which was already occupied, then we were told to go to a second room which turned out to be on the 5th floor, but the room number started with the number 6, how does that make any sense? Glad we didn't pay to stay here, because this place is a DUMP. We are currently looking for other hotels to stay in before we have to leave in 2 days.

Great location, everyone was really nice and gracious. Marisella made our experience even more enjoyable. Water drainage in the bathroom sink was really slow. The mini bar didn't have any alcohol. Elevators a little slow, the food was slightly below average. Everything else was wonderful and we had an excellent time.
