Of course, Chichen Itza was magnificent. And the ship the line ticket was worth it because the regular line was blocks long by the time we arrived near 11 a.m. However. the tiny ticket office was not well marked..infact, not marked at all with anything that siad Trip advisor or Amigo Tours. I spent 20 minutes asking people where we coudl redeem or email before someone told me,"I think it's that little door just to the right of the final entrance"...not in the lentrance lane but in the plaza next to it only ten feet away. The office was the size of a closet but the people were very nice, found a folder that had tickets and was marked Amigo Tours, and got us into a very short line.. They also went inside the park and arranged a guide for us. All in all very worth it but the email should include a SMALL MAP to help people find where to exchange their tickets!!!!
