We ate there last night and the dining experience was excellent! I had the tuna tartare and lobster "guitar" and my wife had the baked penne. The homemade pasta makes the difference. We sat out on the deck which is very nice if the weather is pleasant although the dining looked nice as well. They had a singer/sax player and a pianist for live entertainment. Normally I do not enjoy this type of entertainment but was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it very much. Service was great as well. They really made the effort to make sure we were happy. When we left I got to watch one of the cooks make the homemade ravioli. They prepare the pasta and breads out in the open so you know it is fresh. When we return to Cancun, we will come back. If you are staying at the Ritz, try this place as it is right across the street. It seems the concierge recommends it because we recognized most of the other diners.
